Bruni's "Award Winning" homeade recipe originated in 1956. Bruni's own original creation consists of fresh dough "never refrigerated or frozen",  our own "homemade sauce", and our freshly grinded cheese. We use only fresh vegetables cut daily. No ingredient or topping we use is ever frozen.
